Q: Do You Accept Health Insurance?
A: No. We do not contract with ANY insurance company including Federal health care programs. We accept HSA, cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Upon request, we offer super bills with ICD10 and CPT codes that can be submitted by the patient directly to their insurance company for reimbursement.
Q: Will My Lab Work And Medications Be Covered By My Medical Insurance?
A: We simply do not know. Since we are not contracted with insurance companies, we will always be considered “out of network” with your insurance company regardless of what state you live in. All patients will need to call their insurance company prior to their lab work and prescriptions being ordered to see if it will be covered by their insurance. We do not negotiate pricing with insurance companies. We cannot write prescription medication, radiology orders, or blood work orders for Medicare, ACCCHS, or Medicaid.
Q: What Can I Do If My Medications, Lab Work, and Radiology Is NOT Covered By My Medical Insurance?
A: We work directly with most laboratories, local pharmacies, and radiology centers to negotiate a lower priced CASH pay option for these medical services and prescriptions. Please call the office directly for pricing as they can vary.
Q: Can I Bring My Family Members Including My Children To My Appointment?
A: Yes. We encourage you to bring whomever you would like to your appointment or treatment. Our treatment rooms usually accommodate 3 persons comfortably. If our pediatric room is not being utilized, your children may enjoy that room while you are at your appointment or getting treatment.
