Q: What areas do you serve?
A: Our concierge team serves the Phoenix Metro Area which includes; Phoenix, Scottsdale, Glendale, Tempe, Fountain Hills, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, Avondale, Sun City, and Goodyear
Q: What area would be considered “extensive travel” and a fee would be applied?
A: Areas that are outside of a 60 mile radius of our center would be considered “extensive travel” and would be subject to the extensive travel fee.
Q: What treatments are not available for concierge?
A: Treatments that are not available for concierge service are, but not limited to; all ozone therapies, physical manipulation, first time treatment/assessment for COVID 19 infection, minor surgery and abrasions, gynecological or STI testing, and hypoxia. Please call the center directly for more information if you have further questions.
Q: Who can I expect at my visit?
A: All visits and therapies will be administered or provided by licensed medical professionals depending on the services rendered. These medical professionals range from Naturopathic Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Certified or Licensed Nursing Assistants, and/or Certified Phlebotomists. Our medical staff can often be accompanied by an administrator or non-medical supervisor when necessary.
Q: Will my treatment and visits be covered by my insurance?
A: No. We are not contracted with ANY private insurance company or Federal health insurance program. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Upon request we will supply a superbill with ICD10 and CPT codes for your treatment that you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please call your insurance company for more information regarding out of pocket coverage and reimbursement policies.
