We have spent over $30,000 in 2020 helping persons suffering from Lyme disease, COVID-19, and persons struggling from financial hardship. We kept up the good work through 2021 and now onto 2022!
We offer patient scholarships that are funded through the non-profit organization, The Faith Foundation (formerly known as The Cooper Foundation), which is federally tax exempt under IRC Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions under IRC Section 170. The Faith Foundation is classified as a Public Charity 509(a)(2). EIN 85-1303617
